1. Interac e-Transfer auto-deposit is off

If your bank's Interac auto-deposit is disabled, the transfer needs to be manually accepted. Check your email for the Interac notification from your bank, or wait up to 5 minutes for our team to auto-claim it.

2. Payment is stuck in "pending" at your bank

Canadian banks sometimes hold first-time gambling transfers for 1–2 hours. Call your bank's support and ask them to release the hold. This affects RBC and Scotia most often.

3. Crypto transaction has 0 confirmations

Bitcoin credits after 1 confirmation (~10 min), Ethereum after 12 (~3 min), USDT after 20 (~2 min). Check the transaction hash on a blockchain explorer to confirm it went through.

4. You deposited to an old wallet address

If you regenerated your crypto address, the old one is inactive. We keep these recoverable for 30 days — contact support with the TX hash and we'll credit manually.

5. The amount is below the method minimum

Some methods reject deposits below their minimum (e.g., Paysafecard min C$10). The funds stay with the provider and auto-refund in 3–5 business days.
