The story

The SpinBoss casino story started as an inside joke on a Slack channel in 2024: "What if a casino was run exactly like the corporate office we just escaped?" By 6 the joke had grown teeth — a licensing application in Costa Rica, a handshake with three of the biggest content aggregators in iGaming, and a design team that refused to build another blue-and-gold skin. The result is SpinBoss: a serious online casino wrapped in a deeply unserious office-wars theme.

What we actually do

Under the hood we are a licensed, audited, fully compliant online casino and sportsbook targeting Canadian players. We hold an operating permit from the Government of Costa Rica (permit #CR-2024-SB-17), we publish quarterly RTP and payout reports through eCOGRA and iTech Labs, and we run segregated player funds through a trust structure so your balance never touches operational cash flow.

Why Canada-first matters

Generic global casinos list "Canadian players accepted" and call it a day.
