Can't sign in? Before reaching out to support, run through these three fixes — they cover 95% of login issues.
1. Reset your password
From the login page, click "Forgot password". Enter the email you registered with and follow the link (valid for 30 minutes). If the email doesn't arrive in 3 minutes, check your spam folder and promotions tab.
2. Clear cookies or use a private window
A stale session cookie can cause silent login failures. Open an incognito / private tab and retry — this fixes it instantly in most cases.
3. Check 2FA
If you enabled two-factor authentication, you'll need your authenticator app's 6-digit code. Lost your phone? Contact support with your username and we'll verify you via ID and remove 2FA manually.
